Pawpaw Suckers

Pawpaw suckers are more noticeable now that all the suckers have turned the same color at once. Pawpaws can have fruit that is attractive to wildlife.

Heartnut Leaves

Unlike most species in the Juglans genus, the Heartnut keeps green leaves late into fall.   These trees haven’t been the hardiest, and only 2 out of 5 remain.

Weeping Willows are fast growing trees, that can fill in empty spots. The growth is fast and pendulous.

Some cultivars, like of this White Pine, have curly Pine needles. This tree should be impressive when mature.

Bigtooth Aspens

Bigtooth Aspens have been suckering and starting to create a forest. The golden trees in the landscape are the Aspens and are one individual clone.

European Alder

European Alders are one of the later trees to lose its leaves. The Alder usually drops its leaves while still green.   This is not a tree for good fall color.
