Reblooming Lilac

Old Fashioned Lilacs bloom in the spring. Though sometimes a few blooms will appear later in the year.

Developing Figs

Fig production has been good on my potted Brown Turkey Fig tree. Next month some of the fruit should start ripening.

Purple Oxalis

This pretty Oxalis is similar to the weed one that is green. It is growing in a pot of the Norfolk Island Pine.   This color variation has become a weed, too.

Flower Garden Blooms

The front yard Flower Garden is full of blooms right now. The white flowers of the Garlic Chives, are attracting a lot of insects.

Large Asian Pear

Since my Shinseiki Pear only had two fruits this year, they were quite large. An Apple is nearby for comparison.

Yellow Jackets have been competing with the cats for their food. There has been a lot more Yellow Jackets this year.

Japanese Angelica Tree

Japanese Angelica Tree is one of my thorniest plants on the Oasis. Thorns are practically everywhere on this plant.

Kristy D European Cranberrybush

Kristy D has been an attractive cultivar of the European Cranberrybush. The leaves show good variegation for this Viburnum.
