Momma Cat and her babies are taking a siesta.
The Calico Cat arrived on the farm in 2014 and has had 3 litters so far.

The Kieffer Pears continue to grow in the tree.
Some of them are getting quite large.

Rainbow, the Calico Cat, has been on the farm for a couple years now.

Our Llama continues to do well.

Meat Eaters
Yellow Jackets have been competing with the cats for their food.
There has been a lot more Yellow Jackets this year.
Calico Cats
Mom and daughter enjoy their daily dose of goat milk.
I really like the different patterns and color schemes that Calico Cats have.
Sightseeing
The cats like to get up on top of the barns and check out the landscape.
Actually they are looking for birds to kill.
Iowa Comfrey Seedling
A Comfrey plant popped up outside the fence.
This plant has a lot of vigor and is getting tall. My pet cat is there for reference.
Treed
3 of my cats spent some time in the Ginkgo tree today.
There was a feral cat that was interested in harassing them.
Tree Surgery Inspection
The cat is looking over my current tree project.
I detached one of the trunks on my Purple-Leaved White Birch clump. Hopefully I can create a new tree when I plant this section elsewhere.
