Sumac Rabbit Sticks

The Rabbits had trouble getting food this winter because of all the snow we received. The rabbits took advantage of all the Sumac stems and chewed them to sustain life in winter.

Arundo Donax is a fast growing reed that is resistant to animal damage, though not immune. Some of the shoots have been cut off by a rabbit.
