Golden Pagoda Tree

The Golden Pagoda tree has many seasons of interest.  In winter the stems are golden. In spring, the leaves have a vivid color that stands out in the greenery.

Burnt to a Golden Crisp

This Japanese Pagoda’s stems are very noticeable in winter. The golden color stands out in the winter’s brown colors, though the top of this tree had some winter damage.

Winter Gold

Below is a nice contrast of the usual green branches of the Japanese Pagoda Tree(Styphnolobium japonicum/Sophora japonica) and the Winter Gold cultivar.
