Kiwi Falling Up

My Kiwi vine is starting to show yellow fall colors.   This is the first year I have it crawling up something.  In this case, I have started using cattle panels for these vines. This is the female cultivar known as Ananasnaya.

Developing Kiwi Fruit

This is the first year that I saw one of my kiwis flowering and developing fruit. These fruits are fuzzless and are considered hardy kiwis.

Freeze? No Please

The early, warm spring was going to cause a problem sooner or later.  It finally caught up to us and a lot of plants have foliage burned off by the freeze. This photo shows the sensitive Kiwi vines.
