Japanese White Birches have grown well so far in their young life. They do seem to have weak wood though and have had some damage in storms.

Goat Pasture Trees
I have a nice row of trees in the Goat Pasture now. I use cages and also electric fence to keep the goats from destroying them.
Birch Life
The Birches awaken in spring with their catkins. The catkins will soon fall off and the female cones will start to grow.

Japanese White Birches have many ornamental aspects. The Sun helps bring out the fall color in them.
